Dream Weaver

$125 per 60min

This treatment relieves muscle tension in the neck and shoulders, and melts away the
aches and pains in hands and feet. Steamed towels, infused with vitamin E and coconut oil are gently
cocooned around hands and feet — releasing delicious notes of gingersnap and peppermint. Your neck
and shoulders are then kneaded with a creamy shea butter with a natural blend of tonka bean and
sandalwood. Once you have relaxed into the treatment, you can drift off to dreamland on the waves of a
private sound immersion. Subtle harmonic frequencies via Quartz crystal and Tibetan singing bowls,
gongs, chimes, and drum will allow you to surrender to the present moment. At the conclusion of the
experience, you can expect to feel a sense of peace, self-awareness, centered and grounded.

1 Hour $125

Serenity Moon

$200 per 90min

This special treatment involves a full body massage utilizing two steamed Herbal
Compresses made from various dried herbs, wrapped in cotton. The Thai Herbal Compress ball is used
to alleviate pain or inflammation by opening the pores and bringing medicinal heat to muscles. This can
induce a deep relaxation. The blend of herbs used in these compresses has a relaxing and invigorating
effect on the body and mind, and sooths sore muscles and replenishes your body’s energy reserve.
Tapping, rocking and compression techniques are applied from your head to the soles of your feet.
Following the massage, Himalayan singing bowls are placed on and around the body to deliver healing
vibrations to both calm the mind and move any stagnant energy you may be holding. You will be sure to

find restful sleep after this experience.

Cupping Therapy

Compliment any massage with cups for $20

30 minute cupping session: $65

Cupping is the term applied to a technique that uses small jars (different materials may be used including glass, plastic, silicone, rubber or bamboo) as suction devices that are placed on the skin. Fleuresh practitioners will place the cup atop the skin and then use a hand held trigger to remove the air from the cup, thus creating a negative pressure – or suction. Once the suction has occurred, the cups can be gently moved across the skin or the therapist may decide it is best to leave the cup in a static placement. The suction in the cups causes the skin and superficial muscle layer to be lightly drawn into the cup. Cupping is much like the inverse of massage - rather than applying pressure to muscles, it uses gentle pressure to pull them upward. For most recipients, this is a particularly relaxing and relieving sensation, though a slight initial pinching is not uncommon. The negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system (which makes it an excellent treatment for high blood pressure). Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even cellulite.

What is cupping therapy used for?

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including helping with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

How does cupping therapy help muscles?

Cupping is a technique used in conjunction with other applicable massage techniques. Cupping pulls blood to a region to stimulate healing. It is effective at stretching tight fascia and muscles. Cupping helps the tissue develop new blood flow and causes anti-inflammatory chemicals in the body.

How long do cupping marks last?

The coloring typically ranges from bright red to a darker purple, and can last from 3 days to a week. A darker coloring means that there is a high level of toxins and stagnation in the section of the body that has been treated. In this case, the marks can last for up to 3 weeks.

What areas can be cupped?

Like acupuncture, cupping follows the lines of the meridians. There are five meridian lines on the back, and these are where the cups are usually placed. Depending on what you are target, hands, wrists, legs, ankles and the bottoms of feet may also be cupped. Using specific points, cupping can help to align and relax qi, as well as target more specific maladies. By targeting the meridian channels, cupping strives to 'open' these channels - the paths through which life energy flows freely throughout the body, through all tissues and organs, thus providing a smoother and more free-flowing qi (life force). Cupping is one of the best deep-tissue therapies available. It is thought to affect tissues up to four inches deep from the external skin. Toxins can be released, blockages can be cleared, and veins and arteries can be refreshed within these four inches of affected materials.
